What a beautiful and busy day it was today. All screw piles are in and Gary from the RM came to dig the trench for the sewage. He also helped to glue the pipes and connections together. One of Paul’s friends, Kevin, came today to help out with setting up the garage in a box. Very time consuming work but the frame is up. Norman also came to bring the wood. The yard was a big construction site today. It’s all coming together now. Now we have to get the welder out to get steel beams welded on the screw piles, and then we can start to build the cabin. It was a beautiful warm day with 16c, no wind and sunny. Amanda, who was in charge of the screw pile machine, brought her dog Roxy. Scruffy and Roxy played a lot, until it got too warm for Scruffy. LOL It was nice for Scruffy to have a friend to play with. It was a very productive day and lots of work is done. Tomorrow the work will continue. It’s all very exiting.
